The World Ice Art Championships is an annual event held in Fairbanks where morn that 100 ice artists, representing 9 countries and, many states of the United States come to chisel giant sculptures from blocks of ice. In addition to two sculpting contests, a Kid’s park is created from ice which includes slides, sculptures, and an ice rink.
